Our service for owners

BKK Homes, together with our partners, provide our clients with a complete range of property services in Bangkok so that you can enjoy peace of mind knowing that we are dealing with all of the hassles of ownership, pampering your tenants and keeping your property in good condition.

Condo without tenant

1 year package
฿ 1.200 per month
  • support on any room problems
    (at office hours)
  • monitor maintenance operation
  • key management
  • inform and complete payment common fees
  • collect and complete payment water/electricity
  • provide management report every 3 month
  • inform and arrange pest control handling
  • arrange Room Cleaning, Air out the room
  • arrange cleaning air conditioner
We can clean your property including the air conditioners in a fixed interval or whenever you want.
You pay only the costs for the cleaning.

Example for a 1 BR apartment:
normal cleaning: 800 THB
Deep Cleaning: 1.500 THB
Aircon service: 1.100 THB per aircon

If you also contract us to rent out your property, the contract can be terminated early as soon as we have found a tenant for you and the tenant moves in.

rent out your property

If you would like to rent out your property, we will be happy to do that for you as well. We take photos, advertise your property online and offline, find a tenant for you, draw up the contract, hand over the keys to your new tenant and document the condition of the property so that there are no discrepancies when the tenant moves out.

For our service you pay nothing until we have found a tenant for you. Only on the day when you receive the deposit our commission is due in the amount of one month’s rent.

sell your property

You want to sell your property? We can do that for you as well. We take photos, advertise your property online and offline, arrange viewings, prepare contracts and assist buyers and sellers at the Land Office.

You pay nothing for our services until we find a buyer. In case of a successful sale we receive 3 percent commission from the sale price.
