If you also contract us to rent out your property, the contract can be terminated early as soon as we have found a tenant for you and the tenant moves in.

If you would like to rent out your property, we will be happy to do that for you as well. We take photos, advertise your property online and offline, find a tenant for you, draw up the contract, hand over the keys to your new tenant and document the condition of the property so that there are no discrepancies when the tenant moves out.
For our service you pay nothing until we have found a tenant for you. Only on the day when you receive the deposit our commission is due in the amount of one month’s rent.
sell your property
You want to sell your property? We can do that for you as well. We take photos, advertise your property online and offline, arrange viewings, prepare contracts and assist buyers and sellers at the Land Office.
You pay nothing for our services until we find a buyer. In case of a successful sale we receive 3 percent commission from the sale price.
