We would like to charge a commission fee as follows:

In the case of Lease, charged by a period of contract, 

For 1 year contract

• 1st year commission fee 1 month
• 2nd year commission fee 0.5 month
• 3rd year up commission fee 0.25 month

For 2 years contract

• 1st year commission fee 1,5 month

For 3 years contract

• 1st year commission fee 2 months

Commission fee is paid when the ownership has been transferred or the tenant moved in. The payment is made from the owner. An order cheque can be paid to the named payee across the bank's account of Soraya Pongpitak, account’s no. 053-8-12339-0, Kasikorn Bank Bank.

Please pay the commission on the day you receive all payments in full. If you pay the commission through the salesperson, please request a temporary receipt from the salesperson every time. As proof of payment.
